IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) plays a key role in quality control of capacitors, ensuring that products meet the quality standards set by the Capacitor industry and Pchicon brand in its production process, which can be called process quality control. 

Firstly, it is important to understand that the manufacturing industry involves multiple technical processes, from incoming material control, production, verification to packaging and shipping, each process requires strict operating processes and quality requirements. To prevent defective products from moving to the next stage, audits and inspections are sometimes unavoidable. 

The IPQC's primary responsibilities include: 

1. Workstation Audit: At each stage of production, quality audits are conducted on workstations to ensure that electrolytic capacitor production processes and operating specifications meet standards. 

2. Prototype/First Article Inspection: Conduct a detailed inspection of the initial prototype/first article of aluminum capacitor production to identify potential quality issues in the early process. 

3. Random Inspection: Conduct random sampling inspections during the capacitor production process to detect and correct any quality deviations promptly. 

Comparison with Other Quality Control Process: 

1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Verify that the raw materials, such as foil, electrolytic paper, rubber and other parts supplied meet Pchicon’s quality standards. 

2. Final Quality Control (FQC): Random inspection for the finished aluminum capacitors before packaging, quality checklist covering product functionality, electronic testing, interoperability testing, reliability testing, etc. 

3. Shipment Quality Control (OQC): Packaging labels, products, and external arrangements are inspected before delivery to ensure compliance with specific customer requirements. 

By creating customized IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC standard processes, IPQC can respond quickly to supplier needs and provide timely support throughout the production process. This systematic and flexible cooperation model ensures high quality capacitors from production to delivery.
